You can purchase additional credits anytime from your dashboard. Your existing tenders and documents remain accessible — only new AI operations require credits.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused tokens do not carry over.

We currently support GEM (Government e-Marketplace), KPPP (Karnataka), Odisha, and Telangana portals. We're adding more state portals every quarter.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your company documents are processed in isolated sessions that auto-delete after 6 hours. We never share your data with third parties.

You only need a Chrome browser and your DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) token — which you already use for tender submissions. Our extension works alongside your existing setup.
