By accessing or using the BidSarathi platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BidSarathi provides a tender automation platform that helps users discover, match, and fill out government tender applications. We do not guarantee the success of any tender application or bid.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Service, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features of BidSarathi requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BidSarathi platform are owned by BidSarathi Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BidSarathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
